A stand needs a reason for people to stop. The scent bar gives them one they can smell from across the room, then holds them there. Guests stay through the blending, share their details to take part, and leave wearing something they made with your name on the bottle. Every time they wear it, they are back at your event.
How it works
Twenty-four cloches sit on the table, each holding one of twenty-four fragrance oils. Guests open them, choose two or three they are drawn to, and we blend, test on a strip, and refine until it is right. More than 2,000 combinations are possible. The perfume is bottled and labelled on the spot, with a label designed for your event or brand.
Built for lead capture
For conventions and trade stands, we run the bar on a QR flow: guests scan, enter their details, receive a digital token, and redeem it at the bar. At ADX Sydney, this flow produced 900+ custom perfumes for BOQ Specialist over 3 days, with a queue that never emptied. (YES, your team will be very busy, but this is called a good problem!)

Samsung ran the bar across product launches in Sydney and Melbourne for 400 guests. NAK Hair served 180 guests in a single hour at Sofitel Sydney.
