Before an intimate File Notes Live lunch at Bambini Trust, VXT and Smokeball wanted to give their guests something more personal than small talk over drinks.
We ran a guided one-hour perfume experience. Guests explored a curated range of scents, created their own 50ml fragrance and gave it a name. Every detail carried the VXT × Smokeball collaboration: custom white-ink labels, the personalised scent names, and branded packaging for each bottle.
The format turned the hour before lunch into a relaxed setting for conversation. Rose from VXT told us afterwards that guests loved both the fragrance selection and the process itself, and every guest left with a keepsake they had made entirely themselves.
