I. Origin
It started at Glebe Markets.
Unique Parfum began on a small stall at Glebe Markets in Sydney, with one simple idea: everyone deserves a scent that is entirely their own.
Stranger by stranger, we learned what makes a fragrance feel personal. Then we brought the bar to events.
II. The craft
Twenty-four fragrances. One that is theirs.
Twenty-four fragrances under glass cloches. Each guest smells, chooses two or three, and we blend them on the spot. Minutes later, the perfume is bottled and labelled with their name, or yours.
More than 2,000 possible combinations, and one that is theirs.
III. In the room
From a market stall to the Opera House.
From that first stall to a Samsung launch facing the Opera House. To Visit California, inside the Sydney Opera House itself. To a conference stand where we blended more than 900 perfumes in three days for BOQ Specialist.

The founders
Jordan & Anthony
Jordan is French. Anthony is Australian. We wanted to bring the warmth and ease of an Australian welcome to French rigour and savoir-faire. A good balance, we think.
We still stand behind the bar. Our favourite moment has not changed since Glebe: the second a guest finds their blend and their eyes light up. Our work is to make that happen for every guest, and to run the day so precisely that you never have to think about us.
