At the Steadfast Convention, Sedgwick needed more than a standard expo booth. In a busy conference environment, the goal was to create a stand that felt active, welcoming and worth stopping for.

We built an interactive parfum bar where delegates could explore scent and create a personalised fragrance. The experience removed the pressure of a typical sales interaction and replaced it with curiosity, creativity and conversation.

As guests gathered around the bar, the stand developed its own momentum. People stopped because other people were stopping. The activation created energy on the floor, gave the Sedgwick team a natural way to connect with delegates and left guests with a branded memory they could take home.
