REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin@uniqueparfum.com.au.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to them first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you returned the item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over $45, you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
