mcnab's milestone celebaration

When McNab wanted to thank the people who had given the company ten years or more, they hosted the celebration at home. There were cocktails on the deck, fairy lights and no formal stage.

Our brief was simple: fit the house, not the other way around.

So we brought the little cart.

The white timber fragrance cart was dressed with soft florals and gold palms, then positioned beside the cocktail bar.

It was small enough to feel at home in the space, but considered enough that guests kept returning throughout the night.

The experience unfolded the way good parties do. It felt relaxed and unhurried.

Guests wandered over between drinks, explored the fragrance range and blended a scent that was theirs alone. There was plenty of laughter over who chose what, and a queue kept forming without anyone being asked to line up.

Each bottle was finished with a custom linen label, created with McNab’s marketing team:

Made for you. Bottled 20.06.26. Celebrating 10 years of service.

Not a gift bag, nor a branded pen.

Instead, each guest left with a fragrance they had created themselves, dated to the night it happened.

That is the kind of thank-you people keep on their shelf (or in their pocket).
