For BOQ, we transformed a convention booth into a high-engagement fragrance experience designed to attract delegates, capture leads and create lasting brand recall.
Lead capture experience
BOQ needed more than a stand. In a busy convention environment, the challenge was to create a reason for delegates to stop, participate and connect with the brand in a meaningful way.
We designed a custom parfum bar that worked as both an experience and a lead capture system. Guests scanned a QR code, entered their details and received a digital token to redeem at the bar. From there, they created a personalised fragrance in just a few minutes, finished in a branded BOQ bottle.
The result was a booth that stayed busy throughout the event. With 900 custom perfumes created and a continuous flow of delegates, the activation transformed attention into action. Guests did not just walk past the brand. They stopped, engaged, shared their details and left with something they had personally made.
